My-Linh Ngo is Associate Director SRI Research in the Sustainable & Responsible Investment (SRI) team at Henderson Global Investors, a leading fund management company. My-Linh has responsibility for sustainability and corporate responsibility (CR) analysis and engagement for Henderson SRI funds. Her sector and theme responsibilities includes healthcare, as such she has led and continues to lead on Henderson’s various engagement initiatives with the pharma industry including with the Pharmaceutical Shareowners Group (PSG) and the Pharmaceutical Shareowners Forum (PSF). She is a member of the Access to Medicines foundation Advisory Committee, and the GlaxoSmithKline EHS Stakeholder panel.

With nine years in the SRI industry, My-Linh is a non-executive board director of UKSIF, the UK association for sustainable investment & finance in the UK. She has a BSc Hons degree in Environmental Sciences, and two masters, one in Environmental Management, and the other on Leadership for Sustainable Development.
