Ylva Lindberg is the founder and managing director of SIGLA, a boutique consultancy on the role of business in society. She works with listed and state-owned companies in identifying risks and opportunities arising from social and environmental challenges, including on leadership programmes, strategy and innovation. Ylva has fifteen years with business experience, including as a consultant with McKinsey & Company, marketing manager in Orkla, and equity analyst at KLP Asset Management. Her expertise is in strategy, corporate responsibility and marketing from Scandinavia and Russia. Ylva is Faculty at the University of Cambridge Programme for Sustainability Leadership, and holds a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford. She speaks Russian and English fluently, in addition to her native Norwegian and Swedish and is a frequent speaker and facilitator in both national and international conferences. Ylva is a member of the Council on Ethics for the Norwegian Government Pension Fund - Global, one of the world's largest investment funds. She is also board chair of WWF-Norway.
