Keynote speakers, moderators and speakers of TBLI CONFERENCE™ ASIA 2009 receive 2 nights' (free of charge) accommodation including breakfast in no other hotel than the InterContinental Yokohama The Grand*****. Additional private expenses must be covered by keynote speakers, moderators and speakers.

TBLI CONFERENCE™ ASIA 2009 will be officially opened on May 27, 2009 at 09:00 hrs
and closed on May 28, 2009 at 14:00 hrs.

We have experienced a very low rate of cancellations. However, should you need to cancel your registration, you must do this in writing to TBLI CONFERENCE™ (email or postmark) and we will be required to charge a € 100 administration fee. All cancellations received less than one week before TBLI CONFERENCE™ ASIA 2009 starting date (i.e. after May 20, 2009) and failure to attend, will be liable for 100% of the registration fee.
