Tonika is the CEO of Banco, a subsidiary of ABN AMRO AssetManagementand the leading SRI fund manager in the Swedish market. Tonika hasgained a profound knowledge and great experience within SRI throughdifferent roles within ABN AMRO Asset Management. Tonika joined ABNAMRO in the year 2000 as the Head of SRI for Banco, a role during whichshe developed and implemented a new SRI model for Banco. She was alsoresponsible for Banco's engagement process - meaning dialogues withSwedish and global corporations on CSR issues. In 2003 Tonika waspromoted to the role as CEO of Banco, which allowed her to change thedirection of Banco to focus entirely on SRI. Since November 2004 Tonikacombines her role as CEO for Banco with a global role as Head of SRIand Sustainability within ABN AMRO Asset Management. Tonika started hercareer at the Financial Supervisory Authority in 1990, after that shebecame a diplomat at the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs.
