Claudia Kruse has worked in Responsible Investment since 2000. She joined APG All Pensions Group in April 2009 as Senior Sustainability & Governance Specialist after spending 1 ½ years on the sell-side at JPMorgan heading up the environmental, social and governance Research team (EMEA). Prior to that, she was an Associate Director in the Governance & Sustainability Team at F&C Asset Management (2002-2007) which she joined from research house CoreRatings (now RiskMetrics Group). Ms Kruse has an academic background in international business and Chinese studies, as well as sustainable tourism & development. She has lived and worked in Germany, China, Great Britain and the Netherlands. Her expertise encompasses both corporate governance as well as sustainability issues, and she has engaged with companies and policy makers globally.
