Tokyo Narita Airport (NRT)

Narita is the city's main international point of entry for all foreign and domestic carriers, with connecting domestic service to most points in Japan. Please contact the Hotel's Concierge for further information about arrival arrangements.

By bus

The most convenient and economical way to travel to the Hotel is the airport limousine bus, which departs the airport at regular intervals and drops guests off right in front of the Hotel.

By rail

Narita Express and Skyline trains are easily accessible from Narita International Airport. The Narita Express arrives at Ikebukuro Station, a 10-minute taxi ride to the Hotel. The Skyline train arrives at Ueno Station, a 20-minute taxi ride from the Hotel.

By car

Taxi service is available at airport taxi stands; fee is applicable.
•    Rental cars are available at both Narita and Haneda airports:
•    Take Higashi-Kanto Expressway
•    Change to Metropolitan Expressway No. 9 and then to No. 5-Ikebukuro
•    Exit at Waseda and turn left
•    At the fourth traffic light, turn left at the Edogawabashi crossing
•    At the third street signal, turn left at Mejiro Sakashita
•    The Hotel is at the top of the hill on the left
•    Valet or self-parking is available; fees apply

From nearby train and subway stations

The Hotel is a 10-minute walk from Edogawabashi Station, on the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho line, and is a 10-minute taxi ride or a 20-minute walk from Mejiro Station, on the JR-Yamanote line.

Hotel Limousine service

Sedan service is available to and from the airport; fee is applicable. Please ask the Concierge for details.

Parking at Four Season's Hotel Tokyo at Chinzan-so

Currently self-parking is free for Moderators, Speakers and Attendees. Self-parking will be limited to the capacity of the parking resources available. Valet parking is available for ¥1,000 per automobile for the entire length of time the car is parked. This price may be subject to change by the Hotel.

Tokyo International Airport (Haneda) (HND)

Tokyo International Airport (Haneda) services domestic flights, as well as flights from mainland China. Airlines served include JAL, ANA, ANK, JAZ and China Airways. Four Seasons Hotel at Chinzan-so can be reached by several options of ground transportation. Please contact the Hotel's Concierge for further information on pre-booking arrival arrangements.

By bus

The most convenient and economical way to travel directly and non-stop to the Hotel is by the orange-colour airport limousine bus, which departs the airport at regular intervals and drops guests off in front of the Hotel.
Bus tickets are sold only at the Airport Limousine Bus counter in the arrival lobby; no advance reservation is needed. A bus schedule is available from the Concierge, who can also assist with reservations for transportation from the Four Seasons Hotel to Haneda Airport.

By rail

Guests who are travelling light can take the mono-rail from the airport to Hamamatsu-cho Station (23 minutes). From the station, take the JR Yamanote Line to Mejiro Station (32 minutes), then take a taxi to Four Seasons Hotel. (Not recommended for guests travelling with a lot of luggage.)

By car

•    Licensed taxis are available in the airport lobby; fee is applicable.
•    Rental cars are also available at the airport:
•    Take highway Route No. 1, Haneda line, towards Ginza
•    Pass Ginza and head towards Takebashi
•    At the Takebashi junction, change to highway Route No. 5 and exit at Waseda
•    At the Waseda exit, turn left
•    At the fourth traffic light, turn left at the Edogawabashi crossing
•    At the third street signal, turn left at Mejiro Sakashita
•    The Hotel is at the top of the hill on the left
•    Valet or self-parking is available; fees apply

Hotel Limousine service

The Concierge can arrange for a private limousine to meet you at the airport; fee is applicable.

•    Take Sotobori-dori Avenue, then turn left at Iidabashi intersection, 
in front of Iidabashi Station
•    Take Shinmejiro-dori Avenue
•    Hotel is 3 kilometres (2 miles) ahead on the right-hand side

Locations include two (2) 100% free conference passes for booth staff, measure 5 m2, including electricity plug, one (1) table and two (2) chairs.
