Markus Stierli is Head of Global Thematic Research at Credit Suisse Private Banking. His team focuses on strategic investment trends, including ESG and responsible investment, behavioral finance, corporate action, and long-term megatrends. Before joining Credit Suisse in 2010, he worked at the University of Zurich for more than eight years, most recently as a head of operations and lecturer at the Institute for Political Science. Prior to that he was a market risk analyst at UBS Warburg (currently UBS Investment Bank).
