Kathelijne Marritt Alers is a Regional Director responsible for developing SAM Indexes’ business in Europe. In addition, she is responsible for managing SAM Indexes’ institutional clients. Prior to joining SAM in 2009, she spent 2.5 years as a Relationship Manager at ABN AMRO Bank in Zurich, where she managed a portfolio of private clients and led the bank's sustainability activities in Switzerland. She began her career at Reuters, working in product management, strategy and account management. Kathelijne holds a degree in Business Administration from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
