Mr. Pierre Lenders. Mr. Lenders is a founding partner of Prius LLP, a London based consultant focusing on responsible investments through alternative solutions. Prior to this role, and until its integration into Rothschild and Cie Gestion in 2012, Mr. Lenders was CEO and Co-CIO of HDF Finance, a Paris based asset manager of funds of hedge funds. From 2008 to October 2010, Mr. Lenders was at La Fayette in London, as head of risk, portfolio manager and then Co-CIO. Before joining La Fayette in 2007, Mr. Lenders was based in Paris, concentrating on hedge fund selection for a French bank. From 1999 to 2005, Mr. Lenders was CEO of Murex North America, a software company offering trading and risk management solutions. Earlier on, from 1986 to 1989, then from 1991 to 1998, Mr. Lenders held various trading positions within J.P. Morgan’s capital markets division. He integrated the senior proprietary trading team after his nomination as Managing Director in 1994 and also led a Paris Club securitization transaction in 1998. At Bankers Trust, from 1989 to 1991, he worked in the equity derivatives group. Mr. Lenders graduated from Ecole Polytechnique in 1984 and ENSAE in 1986.
