As an interim Director of Strategy Alliances, Luciana Lima is responsible for the international expansion of Healthy Cities Group (HCG), a social enterprise based in Peru. HCG works alongside the public and private sectors in Latin America and South Asia to implement an inclusive model of integrated solid waste management that incorporates informal waste collectors into municipal waste management systems. HCG has received international recognition by Ashoka, Avina, Schwab Foundation and Skoll Foundation.
Luciana holds a Master Degree in International Affairs from Columbia University in the United States. After gaining academic honors, she joined Citibank in New York. Prior that she held positions at Mckinsey & Co and Morgan Stanley. She moved to Switzerland in 2007 and held senior positions at the UBS AG in Zurich within the Latin America Group. She currently works towards the completion of her PhD degree at the University of St Galen in Switzerland.
