Dr Marina Martin Curran is currently a researcher at the University of Geneva's Human Ecology Group working on climate change issues in the Arctic and Alpine regions. She holds a PhD from the University of Edinburgh, on the relationship between corporate social responsibility and financial performance. Marina has been interested and involved in various ways in ESG investing since 2001, in research for a SRI asset manager and as an advisor on a fund in Singapore. She attended the early TBLI conferences in Amsterdam, Brussels and Bangkok. Her interests lie in social impact assessment (the measurement of impact) and in emerging issues in the Arctic region.
