Susanne Bergius is an independent journalist and moderator
for Sustainability Management and Sustainable Investment.
As an independent journalist she has been writing since 2004 in Berlin/Germany for different daily newspapers, print and online magazines as well as for books and specialized literature.
Since 2008 she has particularly been committed to developing, organising and writing the monthly magazine “Handelsblatt Business Briefing Sustainable Investments”. It informs
institutional investors, financial professionals and companies.
Susanne Bergius moderates public discussions, conferences, result-oriented workshops and confidential stakeholder dialogues over several years between companies of different
sectors and their stakeholders both in Germany and abroad.
From 1990 to 2004 she worked as Benelux-correspondent for the German economic and financial daily Handelsblatt. In 2002 she became responsible for sustainability matters, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Socially Responsible Investments (SRI). The geography graduate has been bound to the links between economy, ecology and society for 30 years. She received several awards for her journalistic work on sustainability.
